Designing the Best Workout Program For Beginners

If you are new to working out, I would first like to congratulate you for finally taking your health into your own hands. When you first start working out, it might be a bit scary because you will not know what you are doing. 1-Perform the right movements

One thing that is important is that you perform the correct exercises when working out. You don't want to spend a lot of time in the gym, only to find out that you have been performing the wrong exercises. The ones you want to focus on are the ones that hit more than one muscle group. Example include the squat, bench, dead lift, and pull ups.

2-Practice technique first

Before you even start to try to lift heavy weights, you need to make sure you have proper form. If you do not have good form, you are putting yourself at a higher risk to injury yourself. Many people have knee and should problems because they never performed the squat and bench press correctly. Start with a light weight and slowly work your way up.

3-Don't go over five reps

Whether you want to build muscle or lose fat, you should never go over five reps. The reason is because muscle burns fat, and the only way to build muscle is if you force it to grow. You do this by lifting heavy weights. Just know that the more you increase your strength, the closer you are getting to your goal.
